Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services

At ORB, we strive to provide high-quality booking management services. Below is our refund policy for subscription services:

1.1 Trial Period

New customers are entitled to a 14-day free trial period. If you are not satisfied with ORB during this period, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment.

1.2 Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel your monthly subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of that cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

1.3 Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of payment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of annual subscriptions.

2. Consultation Fees

Our consultation fees are refundable under the following conditions:

  • The consultation is canceled by you at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • We are unable to provide the consultation as scheduled due to technical issues or staff unavailability.

Consultation fees are non-refundable if:

  • You cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
  • You fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice.

3. Custom Development Services

For custom development work:

  • Deposits for custom development work are non-refundable once development has begun.
  • If ORB fails to deliver the agreed-upon custom features, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Refund requests for custom development must be submitted within 14 days of project completion.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@dkai.work with the following information:

  • Your full name and business name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Order number or invoice number (if available)

We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision via email.

5. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

ORB reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.
